There are millions of people in the world, each of them bringing out a different version of yourself. Who would think the people we choose into our lives depend on the energy we generate to the outside world?
In a person’s lifetime, they meet thousands of people, and each person impacts one’s life either in a small or huge way. In this complex combination of people who we interact with, the type of people we attract depends on how we think and what type of energy we generate to the environment. Have you ever had those moments when you meet someone for the first time and get a good energy from them directly? Naturally, you would want to spend time with those people even more. Vice versa, have you ever met someone and attracted negative energies that you can’t rationally explain or feel their low mood? Then, you would want to get rid of that person, and wouldn’t want to interact with them anymore.
How These Energies Work
People are not just composed of physical body parts; we also have emotions, feelings and energies controlling who we are, how we shape our lives.
According to the article published by Kalev, people are not just composed of physical body parts; we also have emotions, feelings and energies controlling who we are, how we shape our lives. These energies are not something we can perceive with our five senses. However, we can feel them while interacting with other people, and this energy is called, ‘Subtle energy’. In her blog, Nicole says that in every language and culture, people call it different names, but subtle is the most common name used. These energies are the mental, emotional and spiritual parts of ourselves found in our bodies. If we think negatively or start the day in a low energy state, then these subtle energies get stuck in our bodies, meaning that we can’t give the energy to people we interact with. According to the energy we give out, we attract either positive or negative people into our lives.
The Chart of Your Daily Mood
Think of a chart ranging from 0 to 10, which represents the level of subtle energy you start your day with. If you start your day with an energy level around 2-3, then the energy flow out of your body will be low, and it will be more likely to attract negative events and low energy people. On the other hand, if you start your day with an energy level 7-8, then as a response to the high energy you give out, you will also attract high energy people and happy events into your life that day.
At the End of the Day, It Is up to Us to Attract Positive People
So, how do we attract positive people into our lives? The energy we carry is a combination of our past experiences, people we were in contact with, our dominant thoughts. If you are not happy with people around you, your mindset, or if you are feeling sad, this is the paragraph for you!
Spend less time with negative people. If you want positive energies in your life, spend your time with people who can spread their positivity to you instead. Try to be happy with the small things you achieve today, write those positive thoughts down on paper. It can be good food you eat, a movie you watch, a person you meet. Live in this moment. As I mentioned in the first sentence: we let past experiences determine our current energy. It can be a bad relationship you’ve been through, friends you were not happy with, or issues you had with your family. Get rid of these past energies that affect your current position.
There is no way back into the past to change it, but our present and future lie in our own hands.
There is no way back into the past to change it, but our present and future lie in our own hands. Visualize how you want to see yourself in a week, in a month: imagine the people around you and how happy you are. Finally, and most importantly: Try to generate positivity to people around you, even to strangers. It can be just during a morning walk where you greet people, even those you don’t know. The positive energy you spread by following this simple step will directly attract positive people into your life.
